An intelligent, persistent space where the people, activity, boards, decisions, progress, risks, notes, and history of the project come together. Instead of relying on a project manager to continually gather updates and explain where things stand, enter the Room, see what's changed, ask questions like "What needs my attention?" or "Are we on schedule?", and get caught up immediately.
The name gives roomwork an unusually natural vocabulary: enter the room, ask the room, invite someone to the room, catch up on the room, create a room for every project. The philosophy behind it is simple — the work itself should continuously tell you what's happening, rather than requiring another layer of people and process to manage it.

A lightweight document store, scoped to each project. Search across every project you can see, or open a project's Room and browse just its files.
Linked to GitHub
Projects with a connected repository turn normal dev activity into visible project history. See recent commits without leaving roomwork, ask "What did we ship recently?" for a real answer, and type /create to turn a Room discussion into a GitHub ticket.
Status-change alerts
roomwork watches the tasks you care about and emails you the moment a status, comment, or assignee changes — even when no one has the app open. Watch a task to follow it closely, even on boards you can only view.
One-tap email actions
Every alert email carries Mark done, Snooze 1 day, and View buttons. Act on an update straight from your inbox — no need to open the app. Action links are signed and single-use for security.
Pinned prompts
Recent prompts are saved so you can run them again with a tap. Pin the questions and searches you run often — they sync across every device you sign in from.
Weekly digest
An optional Monday summary of your open tasks, grouped by project. Toggle it off per person if you'd rather not get it.
Quiet hours
Set a timezone-aware do-not-disturb window. Alerts that fire during it are held — still visible in the bell — and emails arrive once the window ends.
Scratchpad
Personal notes and reminders you can add, edit, and delete — private to you, and never posted to a project. Stays with you across every device you sign in from.
Roles & permissions
Invite teammates as Member, Viewer, Admin, or Super Admin. Google sign-in for allowed domains, or a one-time sign-in link for everyone else. You only ever see what your role allows.
