How does the hybrid schedule actually work? add
Three days remote and two days on site, every week. The on-site days are coordinated with your team so they line up with the people you collaborate with most. The Las Vegas office is at 1500 East Tropicana Avenue; the Krakow office handles our European operations.
What does paid training look like in practice? add
Paying.co covers the cost of relevant certifications, online courses, books, and conference travel. Engineers regularly get sent to vendor training and industry events. Business team members attend NAMA, NRF, and payment-industry conferences. If the training makes you better at the job, we pay for it.
