Paying.co builds payment software, runs EMV Level 3 certifications, and powers unattended commerce around the world. We're a high-tech, fun, and curious team — and we are deeply focused on customer and project success. If that's the kind of place you want to work, we'd love to hear from you.
Paying.co is a high-tech and genuinely fun place to work — but we are very serious about one thing: customer and project success. Every role here ladders up to that. Engineers ship code that lives inside payment terminals around the world. Analysts make sure the right things get built. Leaders clear the runway. It's a team that takes the work seriously without taking itself too seriously.
EMV Level 3 certifications, Android payment terminals, SoftPOS, AI-driven log monitoring, unattended kiosks. The kind of work where every commit can ship to thousands of devices in production.
We like the people we work with. Team events, trade-show travel, a casual day-to-day. But when a project ships and a customer launches on top of it, that's the moment we celebrate hardest.
It's the one thing we won't compromise on. Every role, every meeting, every decision points back to: did the customer get what they needed, and did the project succeed? That's the bar.
Two active roles right now — one in engineering, one on the business side. Both are hybrid (3 days remote, 2 on site), both include paid training and event travel, and both come with the same mandate: deliver for the customer and make the project successful.
Design, build, and maintain payment software that runs on payment terminals, mobile devices, and back-office systems. You'll work across the full stack — from low-level terminal integrations to the web tooling that supports them — on a small team where your work ships fast and stays in production a long time.
Bridge the gap between customer needs and the engineering team. Translate payment-industry requirements into clear specifications, work alongside developers and certification engineers through delivery, and own the artifacts — SOWs, requirements docs, process flows — that keep complex projects on track.
We don't believe in unwritten rules. Here's exactly what the working agreement looks like at Paying.co — the schedule, the time off, the training budget, and the cultural commitments that hold it all together.
A predictable hybrid rhythm. Three days a week from wherever you do your best deep work, two days in the office for collaboration, design reviews, and the in-person time that makes a team feel like one. Same schedule across both Las Vegas and Krakow offices.
Real, paid time off — vacation, sick days, and the flexibility to actually use them. We want people who recharge and come back sharp, not people who burn out trying to prove they don't need a break.
Paying.co pays for training, certifications, and conference attendance. We send team members to trade shows and industry events — NAMA, NRF, payment conferences, vendor summits — because the people doing the work should be in the room where the industry happens.
We're high-tech and we have fun, but we're very focused on customer outcomes and project success. That focus is what keeps the culture grounded. Everyone here is accountable for the work landing well — for the customer, and for the team.
