Case studies

Engineering Work. Real Outcomes.

Explore how Paying.co builds, integrates, and delivers software for complex operating environments, from payments and connected equipment to AI platforms and security engineering. Each story explains the problem, the constraints, who did what, and a verified outcome.

01 · Client engagements

Published only when approved.

A client story appears here only when the engagement is real, the facts have been checked, and the client has approved what we disclose. We do not turn generic examples into case studies, and we do not publish results we cannot verify. Where a client is not named, the story is labeled anonymized and still describes a real project.

02 · Internally developed platforms

Platforms we build and use ourselves.

These are Paying.co's own products. They are not client engagements, and their existence is not evidence of a particular customer result. They show the platform engineering we do and the operating experience that informs our work for customers.

ROOMWORK

Project context and team workflows

Roomwork keeps project conversations, tasks, time, and documents in one place. Its assistants answer questions about project work and follow up on stalled tasks within the access a manager grants.

03 · What every story covers

Challenge, responsibilities, and a measured outcome.

Each story separates what Paying.co did from what the client, vendors, assessors, and processors did. Where a number is reported, we explain what it measures. Approval timing, for example, is not the same as overall product delivery time. Where no number is available, we state a precise verified qualitative outcome instead. Past results do not promise identical results on future projects.

CONTEXT

Challenge and constraints

What was difficult, and the hardware, legacy code, integration, security, geography, or access limits involved.

WORK

Approach and deliverables

The engineering decisions, why they fit, and the specific software, integrations, testing, documentation, and support delivered.

RESULT

Validation and outcome

What was tested, which approvals applied, how rollout went, and the verified result with its measurement basis and limits.
