Connect Oracle Simphony to a payment experience built around your operation. Paying.co scopes and develops custom integrations across the business platform, supported payment interfaces, terminals, gateways, and processor requirements. Compatibility depends on your Simphony version and environment, and we do not imply Oracle endorsement.
This page explains fit, scope, deliverables, and engagement. For preparation, read Integrating Payments into Oracle Simphony: Questions to Resolve Before Development.
Restaurant operators who want a payment experience designed around their service flow.
Properties with outlets that need payments connected to their platform.
Groups that need consistent payment behavior across locations.
Providers and integration partners that need a custom Simphony integration.
Payment interfaces on Simphony differ by version and setup (our Platform Integrations page covers OPI and SPI), and we do not generalize support across every version or deployment. Before drafting scope we verify the following against current Oracle and provider documentation.
We describe the actual integration architecture, including any integration component, and who supplies and operates each part. Software architecture is distinct from additional vendor or transaction fees. Each offered flow gets its business and payment behavior defined.
Payment on a check, with tips where supported.
Reversing or returning payments where the provider and interface support it.
Where the architecture and provider support them.
Defined in scope, not assumed.
We cover check and transaction references, interrupted responses, duplicate protection, status resolution, and reconciliation according to what your provider supports. We do not imply a universal transaction lifecycle or safe automatic retries. For testing, see the Payment Application Testing Checklist.
Version, interface, access, and provider.
Deliverables, dependencies, and responsibilities.
The integration component and configuration.
Testing, and approvals that apply. Review schedules by others are dependencies.
A pilot location, then wider rollout.
Responsibilities for environment access, documentation, application code, configuration, test credentials, approvals, pilot operation, and support are agreed up front. Ownership of custom code versus licensed or preexisting components, handoff, and compatibility work after Oracle, device, SDK, or provider changes are confirmed in the agreement, not assumed.
