Add cashless payments to compatible laundry equipment. Paying.co connects payment acceptance with supported machine interfaces, helping you plan the reader, software, controller connection, and rollout around the equipment you already operate. Not every machine can be upgraded without additional hardware or changes, so we start with an assessment.
The common situation: machines already in the field that accept coins or another activation, and an operator who wants card payment without replacing the fleet.
Operators adding card acceptance to existing washers and dryers.
Shared rooms where the owner or route operator manages payment.
Laundry rooms with many users and a need for transaction records.
Providers who want payment connectivity for the machines they supply, within confirmed scope.
We do not infer compatibility from the equipment category. We use manuals, engineering review, and representative equipment to validate. This is what we look at:
A complete deployment involves more than software: a reader, interface or controller hardware, software, connectivity, installation, and a processing relationship. What is supplied separately is stated up front.
Not all options apply to all machines. See Pulse Pay Connect, MDB Pay Connect, and MDB vs. Pulse: Which Interface Does Your Machine Need?.
Sending a pulse does not by itself confirm a cycle started. We describe the feedback your equipment actually offers, and what happens when an outcome is uncertain: duplicate protection, status checks, reversals or refunds, and reconciliation, according to provider and product capabilities. We do not claim automatic fulfillment verification, retries that are safe in every case, or guaranteed recovery. Read Payment Approved, Machine Didn’t Start: Designing Recovery for Unattended Payments.
Selecting or identifying the machine, seeing the price and service options, paying, starting the machine, and seeing a useful result or recovery instruction, as supported by your equipment.
Receipts and transaction records where included. Payment acceptance does not supply full machine telemetry.
We state whether pricing, remote configuration, reporting, and fleet features are existing capabilities or custom work.
Equipment and controller review.
A representative machine, installed and configured.
Test payments and failure handling.
Expand across machines and sites.
Transaction visibility, reconciliation, updates, and support where offered.
Software licensing is separate from the reader, interface hardware, installation, connectivity, processor fees, and support. A software license figure is not the total retrofit cost. Once compatibility is confirmed, use the product pages for download and purchase: Pulse Pay Connect and MDB Pay Connect. For custom interfaces, applications, or backends, see Unattended Payment Systems. To plan a retrofit, read How to Add Card Payments to Existing Laundry Machines.
